Play as a hiring manager of URCompany & screen resumes with help of a newly launched AI Tool: ResuMate. This AI was trained using historical employee records of URCompany.

Delve into the ethics and dilemmas of buying data, increasing computational capacity to improve the AI Tool, but at the cost of data rights and privacy, carbon footprint, and employee diversity - all of which affect your company's reputation and ranking!

Note: We recognise that designing this game, creating formulae for calculating the AI scores, creating resumes, and the relations between the options that the player selects and its implication on company ranking and company reputation involves our own biases and prejudices. We have also not accounted for the affirmative action policies necessary in any organisation while designing this game.

This sheet will help you understand the kind of calculations that went into calculating the AI score for each resume and how it can change based on the datasets that you input to train the AI model. It will also give a sense of the initial bias that the AI had when you start the game.
